For the Referral page it would be helpful to have a way to search speakers in that page by Region.  Meaning: Say I have a client in St. George, Utah, which would easily serve Speakers between two major NSA Chapters - Mountain West and Las Vegas.  If I could search those speakers in that page filtered to those chapters that would help me easily refer to the client.  

Also, say that client has less than a desirable amount of money, for argument's sake let's say under $2,500.  If we could then do a filter of speakers in that range, or near it, that would help us make a smart referral especially if we know the speaker could be a good fit for our client.  

If this can't be on the Referral page I'd like to at least know how to do that type of filtering elsewhere.
