Our intent is to create a service of exceptional value. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your order, as long as the request is made within 30 days of the last payment. When you cancel your account, your event data and profile will be deleted within 90 days. We retain your contact information (name, address, phone, email) and your billing history for our internal records.
