How do I make a manual payment for my speaker?

sample payment options
If, for some reason, you need to pay for your speaker outside of the normal Marketplace screen, eSpeakers billing department will send you an invoice with a PAY button that will offer several convenient options for you to pay.

Here is some helpful information to know as you prepare to receive an invoice from eSpeakers Marketplace:
  1. eSpeakers operates in USD but can accept most non-USD currencies by adding a 3% currency conversion fee.
  2. We do accept paper checks in the mail, but our electronic options are generally more convenient for you (and for us!).
  3. One of the payment options we can accept is a credit card. Sometimes, this is the simplest, especially when non-USD currencies are involved. A 3% card processing fee is added to your invoice if you pay by credit card. This is a pass-through of the fee eSpeakers is charged by the card issuers.
  4. Please let us know which method you will use as soon as possible so that appropriate fees (if any) can be added to your invoice before it is sent to you.

Options for paying in USD (regardless of whether you are US-based or not)

  1. Bank transfer ("wire")
  2. ACH from a US-based bank
  3. Credit card (+3% processing fee; please let us know if you plan to pay this way)
  4. Mail a paper check drawn on USD

Options for paying in a non-USD currency

Most banks outside the US can wire money in USD; this is the least expensive and simplest way to pay from outside the USWhen you send the wire, your bank will convert the local currency to USD. If your bank can send USD, you will use the option above for "Bank transfer ("wire")".
  1. Credit card in a non-USD currency (+3% processing fee +3% currency conversion fee)
  2. Mail a paper check drawn on non-USD funds (+3% currency conversion fee)
  3. if paying in CAD Canadian Dollar
    1. PAD Pre-authorized debit (+3% currency conversion fee)

RESPONSIBILITY

eSpeakers facilitates the transaction, but the responsibility for paying always rests on the Buyer.
