Promotional documents on your profile
What type of promotional documents should I add to my profile?
The Promotional Materials section of your profile should include all the assets that an event organizer needs to promote the event where you speak, train or coach. Documents (PDF files) are a valuable part of this material. We generally see three to six documents in a well-rounded profile. These can include:
- introduction
- room layout
- A/V needs
- printable one-sheet
How do I add documents?
To add documents, use the MY PROFILE area of your eSpeakers account to upload files from your computer.
- Log into the MY PROFILE area of your eSpeakers account.
- Click the VIDEOS & MEDIA kit section
- Find the DOCUMENTS list and click the + PDF button
- Select a file from your hard drive. The file must end with .pdf
- Give the document a TITLE and DESCRIPTION and click SAVE.
File formats that work are PDF.
You can drag the documents to change the order in which they display on your profile.
