When Do My SpeakerTRACK Emails Get Sent?
Once per day the SpeakerTRACK service on the eSpeakers servers wakes up and makes decisions on which SpeakerTRACKs should be sent that day. Here's how it decides:
- It looks at all of your SpeakerTRACKs and finds any that have not been sent in the last 30 days. These are the "eligible TRACKs."
- It looks 90 days forward in your speaking calendar, and considers only events that are confirmed and not marked as 'private.' These are the speaker's "eligible events."
- For each eligible TRACK, it decides if it is an "anywhere" TRACK not linked to any location. If so, it determines if there are any "eligible future events" in any location. If so, it sends the TRACK.
- If the Track is tied to a particular country and/or state, it determines if there are any "eligible future events" in that country and/or state. If so, it sends the TRACK.
- This NEVER includes events marked as personal or events not confirmed.
